Youth and Young Adult Services

Eligible Young Adults Aged 16 – 24

Workforce Solutions of Southeast Texas’ youth services program is committed to empowering young adults by assisting them in career development opportunities while equipping them with transferable skills, training, and valued experience.

As a regional Texas Workforce Development Board, we partner with young adults in Jefferson, Orange, and Hardin counties to provide them with activities and services leading to self-sufficient employment.

If you are a youth aged 16 – 24, we can help you with career planning, job searches, job training, financial aid, and vocational rehab. High school dropouts are eligible for help obtaining their GED and researching future career paths.

Job Training and WIOA

Looking for work or help to gain essential work skills? Our Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) program provides services and funds work training for eligible adults, dislocated people, and youth.

Vocational Rehab

Vocational Rehabilitation supports people with disabilities to prepare for and gain meaningful employment based on their individual career goals.
